Practical tools to control, reduce and stop anxiety and panic attacks.
5 meetings on Mondays (27th of January, 3d, 10th, 17th and 24th of February).
During the 5 meetings, we will focus on :
• practicing breathing exercises,
• gaining a better understand of the
anxiety mechanism,
• reinforcing coping mechanism.

From 19h15 to 20h15. Max 4-5 persons
